Maintaining definition updates for antivirus & spyware programs, data recovery,
customer service, pickup/delivery of computers, hardware repairs, upgrades, website updates, remote support. diagnostics and troubleshooting Windows-based PC computers, networks (wired and Wi-Fi) in areas of security, hardware, software and instructing others.
Knowledge of Windows XP and Vista is a priority, Mac or Linux a Plus! Must have basic working knowledge of system utilities for Windows, malware protection and removal, ability to lift 30 lbs. and have reliable car and mobile phone. Must have a valid Driver's License and can pass a background check and employment verification check.
